Using the Device
How do I turn it on?
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The device turns on with heat compress at level 1 and vibration at gear 1. Press and hold again for 2 seconds to turn off.
How do I adjust the heat level?
Press the hot compress button to cycle through 9 heat levels (01–09). The infrared light turns on and off with the heat function.
How do I adjust the vibration intensity?
Press the vibration button to increase intensity by 1 level, cycling through 9 levels (01–09).
How long should each session be?
We recommend 15–20 minutes per session. The device automatically shuts off after 30 minutes for safety.
Charging
How do I charge it?
Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port and plug into a 2A USB charging head. Charge for 2–3 hours before first use. The power indicator light flashes while charging and stays on when fully charged.
How do I know the battery is low?
The power indicator light will flash and the buzzer will prompt "drip, drip". If critically low, it beeps three times and shuts off automatically.
Can I drain the battery completely?
It is not recommended to completely drain the battery. Charge promptly when the low battery warning appears.
Fit & Compatibility
What size fits me?
The adjustable wrap design fits most knee sizes — suitable for knee circumferences of approximately 30–50cm. Fits both left and right knees.
Can I use it for both knees?
Yes — simply move it from one knee to the other.
Is it suitable for arthritis?
The combination of heat therapy and vibration massage is commonly used to help relieve arthritis-related stiffness and discomfort. Please consult your doctor if you have a serious medical condition before use.
